- Lead Acquisition & Management: Active identification, qualification, and acquisition of new leads and prospects for TYPO3 solutions and services. Manage incoming leads across different channels (events, website, campaigns, community touchpoints) and guide them through the early stages of the sales funnel.
- Lead & Prospect Relationship Management: Build and maintain structured relationships with interested agencies, companies, and decision-makers. Act as a first point of contact, understand customer needs, and ensure professional, timely communication throughout the pre-sales phase.
- Presentation of TYPO3 & Its Value Proposition: Support the partner management, TYPO3 Company and the TYPO3 project in initial sales conversations, events and demos to potential customers and partners – while clearly communicating the benefits and positioning of TYPO3.
- Enabling and supporting TYPO3 partners and partner management: Support the TYPO3 partners in the realization of successful TYPO3 projects. This includes: tender support, creation of sales and pitch materials, research and forming relations with the partners in close collaboration and under the guidance of the partner management team.
- Market & Requirements Feedback: Collect and relay feedback from leads and prospects regarding market needs, objections, and expectations. Contribute insights to the partner management team to improve positioning, materials, and go-to-market strategies.

Relevant Work Experience:
A relevant qualification, such as a university degree in communications, management, marketing or similar.
1-3 years experience in key account management, business development or sales within a digital agency or a software provider.
Basic to solid knowledge of TYPO3 as a CMS and its ecosystem is required; hands on experience, TYPO3 certifications (TCCE/TCCC) or proven experience in pitching TYPO3 in sales processes are a strong plus.

Strong communication and presentation skills and confidence in engaging with prospects, partners, and internal stakeholders.
A structured, reliable, and self-organized working style with the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously.
